Event Terms & Conditions

Effective Dates:

The prize draw event will run from December 2, 2024, until December 31, 2024.

Eligibility:

1. The prize draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.

2. By participating in this raffle, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.

How to Enter:

1. To participate, entrants must provide their full name, valid phone number, and email address through the designated entry form on the Treasurebox website.

2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Consent:

1. By entering this raffle, participants automatically agree to Homemart's Terms and Conditions.

2. Participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications, including newsletters, in accordance with Treasurebox’s Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Winner Selection and Announcement:

1. The price draw will be conducted 3 days after the event ends, on or before January 3, 2025.

2. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

3. The winner(s) will be notified via the email and/or phone number provided during entry submission.

4. The results will be publicly announced on the Treasurebox website within 30 days of the draw date.

Miscellaneous:

1. Treasurebox reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

2. Employees of Treasurebox and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
