This Power Rack is a complete gym set that allows you to easily perform exercises, safely and effectively in the comfort of your own home. It has all the elements you need to push your body past limits. With the wide "walk-in" design there is plenty of movement for a variety of exercises such as weighted squats, pull-ups and barbell push-ups, allowing you to get the most out of your muscles and get into perfect shape.
Made with heavy-duty steel with a scratch-resistant powder-coated finish, which load-bearing capacity of 300kg. two 122cm long bars at the base provide enough support points for added stability, while a bolt-together design provides extra stability for the main rack. In addition, the rack is equipped with safety spotter arms which effectively prevents the barbell from slipping out of your hand during exercise and causing you to get hurt and its J hooks hold your barbell perfectly when you complete the exercise. The 1'' hole spacing up the front and back of the uprights allows for 16 levels of height adjustability to customize the power rack to your perfect setting.
