No matter you are a Fabric Lovers or Leather Enthusiasts, you may want to get your Sofa always look good and as new. With Pelle Furniture Care Solution, simply enjoy comprehensive coverage for a variety of accidental damages including stains, rips, tears, and more for 5 years from delivery. Our promise is your comfort and satisfaction and leave the risk on us!
How does it work:
- Fabric suites receive a Pelle fabric care kit containing the Pelle fabric protector and the Pelle fabric spot cleaner.
- Leather suites receive a Pelle leather care kit containing the Pelle leather cleaner and the leather conditioner & protector.
- Lounge Suites and Chairs are covered up to the maximum claim amount for a variety of accidental damages (including accidental stains, rips, tears, cuts, seam failure and zipper failure) for 5 years from the date of delivery.
- There is no excess on claims made.
- Customers can claim as many times as required, up to the maximum claim amount.
- If the issue cannot be repaired, the suite may be replaced with the same or similar item (depending on availability and changes in the product).
